Fill interactive fields or add typed text

For a fill PDF form request, this page handles supported interactive fields only. An add signature to PDF request is supported here only as visible typed text, not a cryptographic signature.

After you choose a PDF, supported text, checkbox, dropdown, and radio fields appear above. Fill the fields and save a separate copy. If you type a signature, choose its page and coordinates in PDF points; the page content is not automatically detected.

The optional typed signature is not a digital certificate, cryptographic signature, identity check, or notarization. This tool does not create legally verified signatures or sign fields requiring a certificate.

Check the saved form

  1. Choose one PDF up to 20 MB.
  2. Complete supported interactive fields; add a typed signature only if appropriate.
  3. Save and reopen the copy to check field values and signature placement.

Scanned paper forms have no interactive fields to fill here. Encrypted, malformed, unsupported, or certificate-signature documents may fail. Saving a modified document may invalidate an existing digital signature.
