Enter the page numbers to copy into a new PDF, for example 3,1-2.

Choose pages and set their order

Page numbers start at one in the source PDF. Separate page numbers or ranges with commas. The output follows the sequence you enter: 3,1-2 creates a copy of the third page followed by the first and second. Repeating a page number is rejected to avoid accidental duplicates.

“Extract PDF pages” means creating a smaller PDF from selected source pages. It does not export text or images from within a page; use PDF to Text when you need selectable words.

Review the extracted copy

  1. Choose one PDF up to 20 MB.
  2. Enter the page numbers and ranges you want to keep, in their intended output order.
  3. Download and open the new PDF to check its page sequence, bookmarks, forms, and links.

The selected source is not changed. Password-encrypted, malformed, or unsupported PDFs may fail. Copying pages may not preserve document-level features such as a complete outline or interactive form behavior; inspect the output.

Frequently asked questions

Can I extract PDF pages into a new file?

Yes. Choose page numbers from one PDF and this browser tool copies those pages into a separate PDF download.

Can extracted pages follow a custom order?

Yes. Enter the page numbers in the sequence you want, such as 3,1-2. Each selected page number must appear once.

Does this extract text from PDF pages?
